Canellations
A 24-hour notice is required  for all cancellations. Life happens and sometimes this is unavoidable ( death of family  member, sudden illness ect) If however you know you need to cancel please contact me as soon as possible.  If individuals cancel or change their appointment on a frequent basis,  I will be requesting a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your appt time.  

Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

Sickness
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Miscellaneous

  • Payment is required for group events with-in 15 days of the event.
